Black Widow

I feel like I need to point out that these Avengers looks aren't based on the characters' makeup, but inspired by their color scheme and personality. 

That being said, this look is based on the outfit, hair color and bad-assery of Natalia Romanova. A smoky cat-ish eye and nude lips should do it. I actually tried to make my eyelids look like shiny leather.
